I’m a Creative Leader with a background in fashion and a future in technology. After 15+ years directing design teams, I’ve pivoted into digital experiences, blending leadership, research, and storytelling to create human-centered, purpose-driven solutions.

 

My approach to leadership is hands-on but respectful — I mentor individuals by understanding how they work best, giving space when needed, while offering guidance and protection from outside pressures. I keep the project on course, steer when necessary without stepping on creative toes, and always hold the big picture while keeping an eye on the details.

 

From launching brands and nurturing team culture to studying UX, conscious leadership, and advanced facilitation at Hyper Island, I bring a unique perspective shaped by years of building people, systems, and products. I’m constantly learning, driven by curiosity, creativity, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset that fuels every challenge I take on.
